Website Translation: Your Questions Answered
What should I send for a quote?
Provide page URLs, source content, target languages and audience information. Include navigation and content outside the main pages.
Is website translation the same as localization?
Translation changes the language. Localization also considers wording and context for a particular audience. Specify the adaptation required.
Will you publish the translated website?
The quote must confirm implementation work. Do not assume CMS changes, development or publishing are included with copy translation.
Do you need access to my CMS?
Send exported content files or the source text with a page inventory when available. Any need for CMS access, changes or publishing must be agreed separately; do not send passwords with an ordinary quote request.
Does website translation automatically include SEO work?
No. Confirm whether you need translated titles, descriptions, URLs or audience-specific adaptation in addition to page copy. Keyword research, technical SEO and website implementation are not automatically part of a text translation request.
Can you follow our brand voice?
Send your style guide, terminology list and copy examples so the translation can follow the agreed tone.
How do I start and when will I receive the work?
Use the quote button to open the online order page. Provide files, languages and requirements, then review the price and delivery estimate before paying. Turnaround depends on the confirmed scope.
